The psyllium seeds are an agri-farm product of dried ripe seeds of plantago ovata forks and it has been cleaned free for all dust, agri-farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones & iron particles. The seed contains 40% linoleic acid, an important fatty acid essential for health. The seed has the property of mucilage formation on extraction of moisture. The psyllium seeds are cooling, laxative, soothing, anti-acidic, anti-diuretic and demulcent. The husk of psyllium is the actual coating of mucilage around the seed. It is considered to be a pure dietary fiber and is the only part of the plant used in manufacturing psyllium products. Its nutritional value consists mainly of glycosides, proteins, polysaccharides, vitamin B1 and choline. The husk contains a fiber called hemicellulose which is a complex carbohydrate found in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Our plant has balancing equipments including the imported Kice Asparator which ensures effective production.
