Our Tacelene Chem 1040 is a synergistic blend of inorganic & organic chemicals designed for the control of corrosion & scale, in low and medium pressure boilers. The specific corrosion inhibitors in Tacelene Chem 1040 provide corrosion protection by the formation of a protective passive film on the metal surface. The protective layer prevents direct contact of the corrosive media (water) with the metal surface. It also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals. The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the sludge formed, which can be easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate, and are removed by the blow down. Taclene Chem 5217 is a non zinc based scale cum corrosion inhibitor for very high hardness and TDS waters in the cooling systems having very high level of chlorides. It is a liquid product formulated to control the deposition of calcium scales in once through and re-circulating cooling water systems. The product contains a threshold inhibitor, which is particularly effective for controlling the precipitation of calcium phosphate. It is a dispersant for suspended materials such as silt and metal oxides. This dispersant action maintains the insoluble material in suspension, facilitating its removal from the system.
