We are equipped with machined components, assemblies and fabrications to provide protective, non-stick, lubricant, chemical resistant & anti-corrosion coatings. Computer-assisted equipment, as well as conventional spray, powder flock and electrostatic spray techniques are used to apply industrial coatings. Fluoropolymer coatings are blends of high performance resins and fluoropolymer lubricants. These single coat thin films provide good corrosion and chemical resistance. Other benefits of fluoropolymer coatings include reduced friction, resistance to galling, non stick, non wetting, electrical resistance and abrasion resistance. These are applied to fasteners and various OEM components to provide a longer life before replacement. Molybdenum disulfide coatings are commonly used in applications, where load carrying capacity, operating temperature and coefficient of friction are primary concerns. This coating provides an effective lubrication in a wide range of loads. Moly coatings lubricate sacrificially by transferring the lubricant between the two mating surfaces, which helps to reduce the wear & the coefficient of friction. These are a combination of molybdenum disulfide lubricant & high performance resins and are thermally cured & thoroughly bonded to the base metal of the coated part.
