Wenzhou Lucheng Dongou Dyeing Intermediate Factory is a research oriented small/medium scale stock sharing firm located in the fine chemical production base in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, a city on the shore of East Sea. To fully utilize the machinery and to strengthen the company, we have joined force with Wenzhou Pesticide Factory to develop new products, and to be a specialist in the production of pesticides, pharmaceuticals and their intermediates. We have been a designated producer of the pesticide diazinon, a replacement for the highly poisonous methamidophos, since Oct. 1998.　　

Our main products are diazinon and the intermediates: 5000T/year of diazinon, 3000T of 2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-hydroxy pyrimidine, 2000T of isobutyronitrile, and a series of diazinon preparations. We are the first in the nation to realize industrial scale production of diazinon. In July, 2000, the product was certified as the Provincial New Product (certificate No. ZKJZ[2000]232). 80% of our diazinon products are exported, and we have registered them as pesticides in and out of the nation.　　

25.8% of the employees in the firm are engineers and technologists. We have ample capability in development of new products and ample experience in production of products. In addition to the technological strength, the firm have mature means for testing and quality assurance system.
