The cultivation and refinery base of the pyrethrum is located at Qujing in Yunnan Province. Yunnan is famous as the botanical kingdom of China and its high elevation, soil and climate are ideal for growing the pyrethrum. Therefore, the yield and content in Yunnan are higher than the average. Moreover, in order to guarantee the quality and pyrethrin content of dried pyrethrum flowers, Zhongzhi Biotech has drawn up a set of standard regulations that include propagation, transplant, field management and harvesting.

Furthermore, Zhongzhi Biotech stresses quality and has set up a standard for pyrethrin crude oil to guide production and examination. The company has purchased an advanced testing apparatus to guarantee the quality of products.
