Changzhou Jiaerke Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is a biomedical enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and marketing of steroidal BPC (bulk pharmaceutical chemicals), intermediates, capsules of sporoderm-broken                   ganoderma lucidum                   spore powder, ultra-micro                   morel                   capsules and other nutritious and health-care foods. The company has an area of 106,000 m2, a construction area of 27,000 m2, total assets of about 300 million yuan and over 370 employees. About 90% of the company’s products are sold to the USA, Western Europe and Southeast Asia, enjoying a rather high reputation in the international market.
       
       
       
       The company has successively won the honorable titles of “High-tech Enterprise”, “Jiangsu Innovation-oriented Enterprise”, “Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise”, “AAA-grade Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Enterprise in Jiangsu Province” and “Jiangsu Civilization Unit”. In addition, the company passed the certification of ISO14001 Environmental Protection Management System in 2003; the GB/T28001 Occupational Health Safety Management System in 2010; and its BPC progesterone passed the re-certification of GMP and obtained the COS certificate of EU in 2010; and its PA products passed the site inspection of the U.S. FDA.
       
       
       
       In recent years, the company has continued to grow and develop. It has successively invested in building six multi-industry and trans-regional subsidiaries and incorporated Changzhou Jiaerke Group. In the year 2010, the company invested and established Jiaerke Bio-technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. in Yangkougang Economic Development Zone, Nantong, Jiangsu, with a total investment of 260 million yuan, a registered capital of 60 million yuan and an area of 90,000 m2. The project was signed on Dec. 9, 2010. At present, the preliminary work has almost been done. It is expected to start construction in June 2012 and carry out trial-production and acceptance in 2013.
