Jiayuan Cobalt Holdings Limited is a multinational company invested by Macrolink Group and Goldwei Group Ltd., which mainly engaged in non-ferrous metal resources development, smelting and processing, international trade and investment. The company has nine subsidiaries, and currently has more than thirty mineral concessions, the ores of which mainly include: copper, cobalt, niobium, tungsten, tin, etc.

Introduction of The Subsidiaries

Yingde Jiana Metal Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-invested foreign capital subsidiary of Jiayuan Cobalt Holdings which engages in the production, research and development and sale of non-ferrous metals such as cobalt and copper. The company occupies 387,000 square meters and is situated in Qingtang county, Yingde municipality, Guangdong province. The Beijing-Zhuhai highway and the 106 state highway are situated to the right and left of the site, providing convenient traffic access.
The company currently has over 400 employees, of which over 70% hold vocational degrees or higher. The company possesses advanced wet process production lines for cobalt and copper starting from the mineral smelting stage, as well as the country’s best inspection equipment and outstanding product quality inspection management systems, which have obtained ISO9001 (2008) quality management certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO 18001 professional health and safety management system certification and level 2 calculation management system certification. In 2006, the company was listed as one of Guangdong’s leading hi-tech enterprises, while in 2010 it was listed as a state-level hi-tech enterprise. In 2010 it was listed by the Guangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank as a 3A diamond level outstanding customer, and for many successive years has been considered an A-level tax-paying corporation by local taxation authorities. In 2011 the company obtained approval from Qingyuan municipality for the establishment of the engineering technology centre.
The company already possesses an annual production capacity of 3,500 tons for cobalt and 5,000 tons for copper, with main product lines including: cobalt oxalate, cobalt dichloride, cobalt hydroxide, cobalt carbonate, cobalt sulphate, cobalt powder, cathode copper, manganese sulphate, nickel sulphate and cobalt, nickel, manganese three-element materials.
