Hebei Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called Changshan Pharm) established in Sep. 28, 2000 and grew out of Hebei Changshan Limited Company. From the very beginning, Changshan Pharm has been endeavored in the researching & developing, producing and sale of heparin products and gradually led around China in heparin API and preparation. Changshan Pharm has been a State-level hi-tech enterprise in biochemical pharmaceutics since September 2009. It is also the first pharmaceutical enterprise as innovation investment pilot by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, and it has been listed in the China 12th Five-Year Plan for significant new drugs creation.
