XinNano- Transparent Conductivity Ink and Films
XinNano- Transparent Conductive Films are "ITO" alternative for touch sensors, flexible display. The films are "acid resistant" and "alcohol wiping resistant". The products are developed by a U.S. nanotechnology company (Xintek Inc.), and haven been in the market since 2012. Currently involved in the applications for;
>Touch panels or touchscreen in car, ATM machine, and display board in Hospital.
> Industrial touch panels (10-21")
>Smart window. (PDLC Type).
> Touch pens (exported to Japan)
Compare with ITO film for the touch display applications, the advantage of XinNano transparent conductive film are as follows:
> High flexibility. The film can still maintain excellent electrical conductivity and thermal stability after thermoformed. (up to 30% deformation)
> High conductive uniformity. This feature is specially favorite to large size touch panels.
> High multi-touch sensitivity ( better than that of ITO's)
> Excellent antistatic property, which is very important for the development of automotive electronics system.
> The transparent conductive ink is water based. It can be used for various substrate and coating processes, such as gravure, doctor blade, and spray coating, on PET, PC, PMMA, glass substrates etc
