Our products include aristolochic acid a, sarsasapogenin, chlorogenic acid, anemarrhena flavones extract, cortex mori moracenins, 1-deoxynojirimycin and lotus plumule extract. Anemarrhena rhizome extract is effective in cases of diabetes, fever and fluid retention, eliminating pathogenic factors, expelling surplus fluid, repairing deficiencies of energy & benefiting the spirit. It has been used to treat bronchitis, as well as exacerbating symptoms of chronic bronchitis, such as chronic coughing. Inhibiting platelet aggregation is another medicinal benefit exerted by anemarrhena. This effect may be attributed to steroidal saponins. This suggests that these steroidal saponins isolated from anemarrhena might be used as an antithrombotic therapeutic agent in post-myocardial infarction. Bark contains honokiol and magnolol.
